The Racetronix REG-CT666 non-adjustable (fixed) regulator is designed to be a low-cost compact alternative to an adjustable regulator. The REG-CT666 can flow enough return fuel to support a Walbro F90000285 Hellcat pump while maintaining a nominal 58 PSI (+/- 3 PSI) @ 20° C. This regulator may be coupled with an external filter housing to provide a serviceable alternative to the commonly used Corvette C5 disposable filter/regulator. The cartridge regulator inside the billet T6-6061 aluminum housing may be serviced/replaced and the same unit used in the Racetronix TU-475x C6 fuel pump modules. The regulator cartridge has a fast transient response and minimal leak-down.
This regulator has a 1/8" NPT boost / vacuum port (vs. 1/16") which more easily connects to a wide range of common fittings.
The boost/vacuum port may be attached to the intake manifold so the fuel pressure tracks manifold pressure at a 1:1 ratio. Alternatively, the port may be left open to atmosphere which will be provide a static 58 PSI of pressure regulation. The head of the regulator may be removed and rotated 180° to reposition the boost/vacuum port.
Two -6 AN ORB inlet ports allow for a high volume of pass-through fuel. The secondary port may be plugged for single-ended configurations.
We offer optional 1/8" male NPT adapters to replace the vacuum port barb when used with -3 fittings and hose (under add-ons).
Racetronix offers a range of ORB adapters/fittings to configure the inlet and outlet ports to your requirements. Depending on your flow requirements we recommend -8 AN through -6 AN ORB fittings for the regulator's inlets and -4 AN through -6 AN ORB for the return port.
