REG-BLOCK-KIT3 - Return Conversion kit for Racetronix TU475 C6 Modules

This kit contains all the parts required to convert the Racetronix TU475 C6 fuel pump module to a return system using an external regulator. This kit will block off the fuel pump module's internal regulator and divert all return fuel back into the bucket (reservoir). The bulkhead fitting assembly is designed with internal and external o-rings within its skirt and locking nut to provide a vapor-proof seal on top of the uneven plastic module. Fittings, fuel tubes and clamps  are provided which route the fuel from the bulkhead into the bypass channel inside the regulator block-off plug and back into the bucket (reservoir). Basic hand tools , step drill bit and advanced technical skills are required for installation.
